Book your shuttle online. For a private transfer, enter your trip details to see your price upfront and submit your request. We’ll review the details and send you a payment link to confirm your booking.

Receive your confirmation
After payment, you’ll receive your booking confirmation and pickup instructions, so you know where to go and what to expect before your trip.

Head to your pickup point
On the day of your ride, follow the instructions in your confirmation and head to the agreed pickup point at the scheduled time.

Meet your driver
Your BrightRide driver will meet you at the agreed location. If you need assistance, our team is available by WhatsApp or text.
